Feature & Follow Friday is hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee's View!
Q. This Sunday in the U.S. is Mother's Day, in celebration, what are some of your favorite books with strong mother/child relationships?
A. Well, Parajunkee mentioned Cat and Justine from the Night Huntress series. And I literally laughed out loud over it, because how true is that?! Percy Jackson is a good one! He and his mother love each other so much. It's so sweet! I enjoyed that series so much. The Body Finder's Violet's relationship with both of her parents is refreshing and great, too! They are so good to her, and give her an amazing support system, which is rarely seen in YA books nowadays.
What mother/child relationships do you think have been the strongest?
