If you are wondering who the hell this is: "I didn't follow any 'Book Jems.' Where did this blog come from?!" Fear not, we previously were titled Ed and Em's Reviews. Sound more familiar?
Edwin of Ed and Em's Reviews decided to leave the blog and I, Emily, couldn't handle it alone, so Iharassed asked my friend, Jenn, to join me. Luckily, she agreed (after a whole lot of convincing) and we decided to venture into Book Jems! You've probably seen a couple of her reviews posted during the past couple of months. Now that her course load in school has decreased, she's going to be around a lot more!
Here's what Jenn has to add:
So not only did I get an awesome partner, but Lori from Pure Imagination and Pure Imagination Designs was kind enough to deal with my crazy (and Jenn's laid-back-ness) and create a fantastic new blog design. It looks awesome, right? Jenn and I love it!
In honor of Jenn and the revamp and the launch of a new chapter for this blog, I am giving stuff away!

Hello, Jenn here! I just wanted to say that I'm extremely excited to have joined Emily on this new project. She will probably say that she badgered me into this, but that's not true. I was in from the beginning. I'm a little nervous with this being my first blogging experience, but it's a nervous excitement. Thankfully, Emily seems willing to bear with me through my newbie status. I look forward to sharing many reviews with everyone and exploring new books!

That's exactly how we came up with the name! It was Jenn's idea, actually. I'm glad you were able to recognize it instead of assuming it was a misspelling! Haha! :)
